Project history
Luxury 15-storey above-ground condominiums with two underground levels.
The Marquise project will eventually include eight (8) residential and rental condominium buildings. With its first three (3) phases of existing condominiums, the Marquise project has created an exceptional brand and an excellent reputation in the Laval region. The construction of phases 4 and 5 of a 344-unit high-end rental project completes the project's reputation.

Located in Laval's Chomedey district, on Avenue Jean-Béraud, the complex is now part of a dynamic sector that's home to several commercial properties, including the Carrefour Laval shopping center, Costco, Marché 440 (public market), grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, financial services, institutions and many other businesses.
