Leasehold improvements to CIMA+ offices
Entreprises QMD delivered leasehold improvements in CIMA+ offices in Montreal and Laval. The project involved replacing flooring throughout the building, refreshing paintwork on doors, frames and office walls, building and modifying architectural elements and restoring the mechanical and electrical systems.
In Laval, we renovated the executive zone, which includes the reception area, the main conference room, the senior management team’s offices and the waiting area. The copy room was also entirely redesigned.
Our mandate in Montreal involved reorganizing the workspaces so that CIMA+ partners would have more natural light. The initial configuration on every floor included closed offices, which made the central workspaces too dark. CIMA+ restructured its in-house teams and, when the new layout was implemented, this allowed for the creation of open plan offices, creative collaborative zones, meeting spaces and more
While the works were carried out, the adjoining offices were functional and occupied throughout the project. CIMA+ had set a very tight deadline and QMD delivered the project on time so our client was very satisfied.
