Restoration of a building to develop 30 student housing units.
The project involves the construction of 16 microlofts (studios) and 14 shared apartments (apartments with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room).
In addition to laundry facilities and a communal kitchen, the building will offer its tenants common spaces to enjoy, including a study room, a communal lounge with a projector, an activity room with a ping-pong table and a rooftop terrace.
