The construction and operations team is at the heart of QMD’s know-how. The team leverages its skills and expertise in project coordination, supervision and monitoring as it ensures that projects remain on track and supports clients throughout the process. Our highly qualified experts and seasoned project managers are our allies who always deliver results that surpass client expectations.
As Project Assistant Coordinator, I act as a contact point for all the project stakeholders. My role is very exciting and it requires someone who is versatile, thorough, highly organized and skilled who can support a wide variety of stakeholders on projects that are very different from each other.
The finance team oversees the accounting and financial management of the company as well as the financial analysis of projects, cost tracking and financing plans to support the operations teams.
It’s exciting to work in the accounting department which is the financial compass of our organization, guiding it through the complex terrain of financial accountability. We help provide valuable information to support informed decision-making.
This team provides operations support and is essential to ensuring that the company’s activities run smoothly. The team’s role is much more than an administrative one: it also includes HR management, drafting of calls for tender, health and safety and prevention activities, and managing the legal aspects of projects.

The development team oversees the development of all QMD construction projects on behalf of Dév Méta. Selecting possible sites, carrying out analyses and feasibility studies, and forging the best partnerships are all essential steps in building projects that match the company's ambitions.
As a real estate enthusiast, I take great pleasure in working in collaboration with QMD because of its sense of quality and love of well-executed projects.
