This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and should be treated as a Quebec contract without reference to the principles of conflicts of law. All disputes related to this Site fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Québec, District of Montreal.
