Complete redesign and upgrade of the electromechanical equipment.
QMD was mandated to renovate the interior and exterior of the Cégep Garneau's physical activity center in Quebec City. The work included the complete renovation of the exterior, insulation, doors and windows, and patching and painting of the training rooms, which were built in 1999.
The project included roof reconstruction and related work, the replacement of all mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning systems, electrical equipment and lighting, and the addition of a large mechanical room and a drying unit for the pool area. Computer, multimedia and sound systems for the student areas completed our mandate.
