Project history
In 2015, we completed the renovation of the hotel's 148 rooms spread over 8 floors.
In keeping with the hotel's elegance and customer expectations, we sourced high-end materials and ensured impeccable finish and execution. We also ensured that all deadlines were met.
We replaced floors and paintwork, installed new furniture (armchairs, chairs, tables, beds and decorative items), restored doors and frames, and refitted bathrooms.
In the same year, we completely redesigned the E.A.T. restaurant. It is now designed to host themed evenings linked to major Montreal events such as the Jazz Festival, MTL à Table, Montréal en Lumière and the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
