A building that blends seamlessly into the life of this vibrant neighborhood.
With this architecturally sound project, propelled by the imminent arrival of a metro station and nearby shops, an inspiring neighborhood is emerging between the new Rosemont and Saint-Léonard.

The complex features 74 apartments, with a shared roof terrace and an urban chalet equipped with kitchen, bathroom and living room. The first floor is occupied by shops.

The building also benefits from concrete construction, offering superior soundproofing and insulation.

Challenges
  • Construction of a building with a footprint representing 85% of the total lot area.
  • The restricted site is surrounded by three streets, including Jean-Talon Street, and a residential neighborhood.
