L’histoire du projet
In 2013, QMD was mandated to renovate several parts of this complex. We delivered a diverse range of work in 6 different buildings.
Thanks to close cooperation between the Superintendent, the Project Coordinator and the Health & Safety Officer, we were able to plan an efficient sequence of works and site logistics.
Some of these projects involved work on the building's structure: installing a steel frame and curtain wall, for example. Others were exterior renovation and landscaping projects: construction of a new pavilion linking the shopping area, renovation of semi-covered marquees, restoration of concrete staircases and side curbs, replacement of 133,000 m² of roofing membranes above the underground parking lot.
Our customer was delighted with the result and, during the project, entrusted us with the management of the new construction phases, namely the restoration of the corridors and the complete refurbishment of the penthouses.
