Project history
This tower is the latest in a series of skyscrapers located downtown, next to the Bell Centre, which includes the Tours des Canadiens, L'Avenue and Roccabella buildings.
The apartments will offer breathtaking views of Montreal. Six corner apartments instead of four create optimized, light and airy spaces.

Apartment and common area layouts will be carefully designed using elegant, welcoming materials such as oak, Montreal grey stone and copper. The Solstice tower will also offer residents a range of exceptional amenities: a five-level underground parking garage, a business center for meetings, an aquatic space inspired by Nordic spas, gyms and yoga studios, an owners' lounge, a private cellar and an exclusive tasting room.

A 5,000-square-foot commercial space on the ground floor will be linked to a footbridge. This pedestrian walkway, flanked by spectacular columns, will link Avenue des Canadiens and Overdale Street, a stone's throw from the Lucien-L'Allier metro station.
