Mùv Condos Phase 2
In 2017, QMD was chosen to complete Phase 2 of the Mùv project, currently under construction. This huge apartment complex across from Pelican Park in Vieux Rosemont is close to Angus and the Plateau. The Mùv, one of few new buildings in the neighborhood, offers an exceptional living environment.
The Mùv also stands out because of its modern, elegant architecture designed by Lupien + Matteau. The brick and stone building is made up of several sections that surround landscaped zones. Thanks to the all-concrete structure, the building is completely soundproofed and insulated.
Residents of Mùv Phases 1 and 2 have access to exceptional equipment: an urban chalet, kitchen gardens, an indoor pool and a gym containing a wide range of equipment. A shared rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view of downtown Montreal.
The apartments have been designed to optimize the space and the large windows and spacious feel make them unique. The 1, 2 or 3-bedroom apartments all boast 9-foot ceilings and the largest apartments measure 1,958 sq. ft.
QMD is proud to develop this prestigious project which has presented many technical and architectural challenges. Most importantly, we are committed to ensuring that Mùv Phase 2 complements the existing building and respecting the neighborhood’s urbanism standards.
