L’histoire du projet
Construction of a senior residence
QMD was entrusted with the construction of this 72-room building with an integrated mechanical room over 2 floors. As part of this large-scale project, we undertook the construction of a residence that stands out for its full concrete structure, ensuring robustness, durability, and optimal safety for the occupants. The mechanical room, spread over two floors, was carefully designed to ensure an efficient and individualized distribution to each of the 72 rooms. This system allows for the effective management of essential services such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, thus providing personalized comfort for each resident.

Faithful to our commitment to sustainable development, this project is part of an eco-friendly construction approach, aiming for LEED certification
